Section 01

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ct999d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operating entity behind the ct999d platform, accessible at ct999d.net, which holds an international gaming licence and is responsible for the services described herein.
• "Platform" means the ct999d website, all associated web pages, software, tools, and services available at ct999d.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers an account with ct999d or accesses the platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the ct999d platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the base currency in which ct999d accounts are denominated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentive offered by ct999d to players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Section 02

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on ct999d, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by using any feature of the ct999d platform after these Terms have been published, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with any specific rules applicable to individual games, bonuses, or promotions which are published on the ct999d platform.

If you are accessing ct999d on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ct999d.

Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use a ct999d account. This is a hard requirement that is enforced through our KYC identity verification process. ct999d reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend access pending verification. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance held forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ct999d. A "person" is defined by a unique combination of name, address, email address, Pakistani mobile number, CNIC, IP address, and/or payment method. Where ct999d determines that multiple accounts belong to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses forfeited, and winnings derived from duplicated bonus use may be voided.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your actual date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 KYC Verification

ct999d is required to verify the identity and age of players before processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of a clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back) or a valid passport, and may also require proof of your registered address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents must be submitted through the designated secure upload channel within the account settings. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

Section 04

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct999d login credentials, including your email address and password. ct999d staff will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or phone. Any request for your password claiming to originate from ct999d should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your ct999d account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ct999d support immediately through the live chat or email channel.

ct999d provides SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. Enabling 2FA on your ct999d account is strongly recommended. ct999d accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to accounts where the player failed to enable available security features.

You must not share your account login details with any other person, including family members. Each individual is required to maintain their own separate account.

Section 05

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ct999d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT transactions, which are converted at the applicable rate at the time of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on ct999d is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Specific payment methods may carry higher minimums which are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed after KYC verification has been completed. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours of request approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically settle within one business day following approval. ct999d does not guarantee processing times but will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawals within these indicative timeframes.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal requests may be held pending where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the bonus wagering requirement has not been met; (c) ct999d has identified unusual account activity requiring review; (d) the player has initiated a chargeback or dispute on a deposit payment; or (e) ct999d is required to withhold funds by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

5.5 Responsible Deposits

Players are encouraged to set deposit limits on their ct999d accounts to manage their gambling expenditure. Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly, or monthly through the Account Settings section. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a waiting period before they can be increased, in accordance with responsible gaming best practice.

Section 06

Bonuses and Promotions

ct999d offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each promotion on the ct999d platform. Players are required to read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before accepting it. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements on ct999d bonuses count only from eligible games as specified in the bonus terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Minimum odds restrictions apply to sportsbook bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not count toward wagering requirements.
• ct999d reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the terms current at the time of crediting shall apply.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to structured betting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, or collusion with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

Section 07

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ct999d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or market. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on ct999d are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by ct999d, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player except where ct999d expressly offers a cash-out option and the player exercises that option prior to event settlement.
• ct999d reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, where there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity, where a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a casino game malfunction or technical error, the round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. ct999d accepts no liability for any winnings or losses arising from a malfunctioning game round.
• The results of all Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games are generated by independently audited RNG systems provided by licensed game studios. ct999d does not alter or influence game outcomes.
• Live sports betting markets are subject to specific in-play rules which are published in the sportsbook section of ct999d. Market suspension, delay, and void policies are governed by those specific rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets on ct999d. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet or wager and may vary by game, market, event, and account tier.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ct999d. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one ct999d account in your own name or in the name of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the ct999d platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, including unauthorised use of another person's JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank account, or any other payment instrument;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the ct999d platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the ct999d platform in any way not expressly authorised by ct999d;
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the ct999d platform, including software errors that result in incorrect odds or game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Accessing ct999d through a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the ct999d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface designs — is the property of ct999d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from the ct999d platform without the express prior written consent of ct999d.

The ct999d name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks or service marks of ct999d. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ct999d's trademarks for any purpose without prior written authorisation.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct999d shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages; (b) any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the ct999d platform; (d) losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues; or (e) losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

ct999d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the ct999d platform shall not exceed the amount of your deposits made in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ct999d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 11

Responsible Gaming

ct999d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered players through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted per session or per day.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated notifications at specified play-time intervals.
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications showing cumulative time played and net gaming position at intervals you select.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a period between 24 hours and six weeks. The cooling-off period begins immediately and cannot be shortened.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from ct999d. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration specified.

Section 12

Account Suspension and Closure

ct999d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to withhold any balance pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including unauthorised use of payment methods or identity documents;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Account activity indicative of bonus abuse or collusion;
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player in bad faith;
• Player request for self-exclusion or cooling-off;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring account closure or funds withholding.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their ct999d account for reasons other than self-exclusion may do so by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining balance after outstanding bonus wagering requirements are settled will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Section 13

Amendments to Terms

ct999d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the amended Terms will be clearly stated. Continued use of the ct999d platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Section 14

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ct999d holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and ct999d arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures of ct999d's licensing authority. ct999d will cooperate fully with any such process.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable to you. ct999d acknowledges that Pakistani players may have rights under Pakistani consumer protection law and does not seek to exclude those rights through these Terms.
